Harvest House is a community soup kitchen hosted by St. Stephen’s Church which is open every Sunday, serving meals from 5pm to 6pm. Harvest House is a ministry for all people; whether you hunger for food or you hunger for community, all are fed here.

Harvest House is made possible by hard-working teams from all over our community: church groups, political organization, civic groups, and even just teams of family and friends prepare and serve the meal every week.

If you are interested in learning more about hosting a meal, please call Diana & Craig Delecke at 203-464-6976 or Bill Barney at 860-873-1489. You may also email them at harvesthouse@ststeves.org.

Support Harvest House

We estimate that it costs around $140 every week to purchase the food served at Harvest House every Sunday. That cost is largely carried by the various volunteer teams and, where applicable, their sponsoring organization. You can donate to support Harvest House and know that you money will help to reimburse our volunteer teams for the cost of food as well as purchase the materials that are necessary to run Harvest House year round (paper goods, cleaning supplies, and staple food items such as milk & butter).

You can donate to Harvest House by using our secure and convenient online form below. Once you have entered your donation amount, simply choose “Harvest House” from the drop down menu to designate your donation.
