Are you interested in holding your event or group at St. Stephen’s? We have a beautifully renovated hall and kitchen as well as a smaller meeting room available for reservation for a reasonable fee. Follow these quick and easy steps and you will soon be enjoying our facilities for your next function!

To make a reservation:

  1. Check the availability of the space online*
  2. Print & fill out our St Stephen’s Rental Packet and bring or mail it to the church office
  3. Pay the rental fee and security deposit and pick up a key for your event

*We strive to keep our calendar up-to-date, but you must contact the parish office to confirm availability

Cost:

The following chart shows the costs for renting space at St. Stephen’s based on the type of user. The prices listed below are for one-time events, if you are interested in renting space on a repeating basis, please contact the church administrator for more details on rates for ongoing rentals at 860.873.9547 or admin@ststeves.org.

Parishioner: $50 for Parish Hall, $25 for large meeting room
Non-member: $200 for Parish Hall, $50 for large meeting room
Non-profit: $100 for Parish Hall, $50 for large meeting room
For-profit: $200 for Parish Hall, $75 for large meeting room

To add the use of the kitchen to your rental, there is an additional fee of $40 for non-members and $20 for members.
